notice. Our disclaimer will nevertheless survive any such termination.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to
time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on
this web site. Your continued use of the web site following such
notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the
terms and conditions as amended.
Restricted Use
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are provided with access to
this web site only for your personal use. You are authorised to print a
copy of any information contained on this web site for your personal
use, unless such printing is expressly prohibited. Without limiting the
foregoing, you may not without our written permission on-sell
information obtained from this web site.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any
time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We
may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to
anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you
or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this
website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing
any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a
transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing
has begun.
Delivery and Shipping
Sheshe use Australia Post for all shipping of our garments, both within Australia and internationally.
We strive to send all orders within 24 - 36 hours of your order being
confirmed, however, weekends and public holidays can affect this.
Our shopping cart is directly connected to the online postage
calculator at Australia Post and this is used to calculate the cost of
postage and available postage methods based on your postcode (zip).
Sheshe add a small additional fee to this cost to cover handling and
packaging expenses.
Australian Delivery
In most cases there are 3 options provided for Australian
customers, Express Parcel Post, Standard Registered and Express
Registered Parcel Post.
Express Parcel Post (Australia Post)
Next day delivery is subject to Australia Post's next day service
network from Melbourne. See Australia Post's website for more
information. Since this method does not require a signature, Sheshe is
unable to accept any responsibility for the delivery of the parcel. By
accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole
responsibility for the parcel. No compensation will be offered by
Sheshe in the case of non-delivery.
Registered Post (Express & Standard)
We STRONGLY recommend that you select one of the registered post
options. Although these options are slightly more expensive, your goods
are insured for up to $100AU if they are lost in transit. Registered
post does require a signature on delivery so we would recommend that
you choose to have your Sheshe garments sent to an address where they
can be received during the daytime.
Goods sent by non registered post are not insured and although we
collect proof of shipment, in the unlikely event that the goods are
lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible and will not cover the
cost of the loss. It is up to you, the customer, to follow this up with
Australia post, however we will do all in our power to follow up issues
from our end and also demonstrate proof of postage.

Generally, deliveries to anywhere in Australia will take between 1-7
working days (depending on the delivery address and postage method
selected). Sheshe cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery
that result from events outside our control.
International Delivery
Sheshe use Australia Post - Airmail service for all international
deliveries. The postage calculator will provide an approximate delivery
time for your garments based on your address.
Goods sent by Airmail are not insured and although we collect proof of
shipment, in the unlikely event that the goods are lost in transit, we
cannot be held responsible as it is not a trackable system. By
accepting this as your delivery method you are accepting sole
responsibility for the parcel. No compensation will be offered by
Sheshe in the case of non-delivery. It is up to you, the customer, to
follow up non delivery direct with Australia post, however we will do
all in our power to follow up issues from our end and also demonstrate
proof of postage.

Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges
At Sheshe, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If the item we
ship to you is defective or if you make a mistake in sizing we will be
pleased to exchange it for you. Please email us detailing your purchase
order number, the item in question and size and we will email you
instructions regarding the return of the item(s). All items must be new
and unused to be eligible for replacement. All items must be returned
in their original packaging.
All exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the
date your order was made and the exchange item received back from you
at Sheshe no later than 50 calendar days from the date your order was
made. Sheshe will not pay for the cost of returning garments where a
mistake in sizing has been made and shipping will be charged for the
resending of the garments in the correct sizing. In the unlikely event
that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the
same item with no postage and handling charge.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is worn, soiled,
damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new" condition
and cannot be exchanged. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on
your lounge or sleepwear bottom.
Colour Variation
Sheshe will not provide refunds based on small variance of garment
colour. The Sorrento range of garments is naturally off-white but may
look whiter in strong light. The photographs on this site demonstrate
the colour variation under different light conditions.
Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund you in
full once the garments have been returned to us in a new and unused
condition (see above "Exchanges" policy"). For a full refund, garments
must be returned to us within 60 days of the purchase date. After this
date, it is at the discretion of Sheshe whether a full, partial or any
refund is provided. If the goods are obviously damaged due to misuse or
due to a situation outside of the control of Sheshe, for example damage
during transit, it is also at the discretion of Sheshe whether a full,
partial or any refund is provided.
Non Delivered Items
As specified in our "Delivery Information ", if delivery is in
Australia, we recommend that you utilise our "registered post" option.
If this option is utilised Australia Post insure your goods for up to
$100AU for items that have not been delivered and where they cannot
demonstrate proof of delivery.
With all other methods of delivery within Australia and for delivery
outside Australia, no goods are insured. Sheshe collect proof of
postage at the time of lodgement at the post office. If goods do not
arrive at their destination, Sheshe is happy to provide this proof,
however, takes no responsibility for the non-delivery and it is the
responsibility of the purchaser to follow up any complaints directly
with the postal operator. Sheshe is not responsible for the provision
of refunds in these cases.

delivery or for Australian purchasers wanting delivery within Australia

If you are unhappy with the service that we have provided we are very
sorry as we aim to provide products of excellent quality at fair and

attend to your issues. If you are still unhappy, you have the option of
initiating a dispute at Paypal and allowing them to determine the
validity of your complaint. Please note that in a situation that Sheshe
(operated by Cinnabar Oceania ABN 44 525 123 741) believe that a
complaint has been made unfairly or that a customer is acting unfairly,
also has the right to lodge a dispute at PayPal.
Privacy Policy
At Sheshe we recognise that your privacy is very important to you.
Therefore, this statement is our commitment to you that we will protect
any personal information that you may provide to us to ensure that your
privacy is maintained and that we comply with applicable privacy
legislation.
What sort of Information does Sheshe collect?
Sheshe collects two types of data, firstly, the data that is required
for us to process a transaction with you and secondly, information that
is automatically transmitted to us through the Internet.
The data that you provide to us to allow us to process a transaction
includes your name, billing address, delivery address, email and
telephone contact details. This information is stored on our database
to enable us to follow up with any issues arising around your purchase
and to make future shopping with us as streamlined as possible. We also
store any email correspondence with you for similar purposes. As all
financial transactions are carried out by PayPal, Sheshe DOES NOT store
or have access to your credit card or bank details.
Information that is automatically sent to us via the Internet includes
your IP address, your country of origin, computer platform and the
Internet browser that you are using. This information is not stored
with or assigned to your personal information and is purely used by
Sheshe as a statistical tool to help us better understand our market,
improve our technology and ongoing site development.
Use of your Personal Information
All the information we collect that is outlined above is treated
strictly as confidential and Sheshe does not disclose, distribute or
sell the data collected to third parties in any form unless we have
gained your consent to do so. The only exception to this is if we are
required by law to do so.
Newsletter Subscription
If you join a newsletter at Sheshe, we store your name and email
address in order to process your mailing. If at any time you wish to
cease receiving correspondence you may unsubscribe from the link at the
bottom of the email correspondence or by logging into the website with
your username and password. Your personal information is then
automatically deleted from our database.
External Links
The Sheshe website may include links to other external websites. These
linked websites are responsible for their own privacy practices and you
should check those websites for their respective privacy statements.
